MULTI RESIN

Multi color or multi resin molding technology helps to shape the plastic world with color. Nowadays, it is popular used in household, furniture, and even electronics and automotive. Creatively, people use the advanced technology to diversify products. For example, in the earlier genernation, Apple Ipad was made by double color injection for its shell. Another example is for automotive. to achieve the function of anti-vibration and anti-noise, we will make the components by ABS plus TPR by double injection.
For multi color injection, Jon Wai provide TCW or TCS model with twin injection unit :
- Rotation table co-injection/double injection
- Joint nozzle co-injection
- Sandwitch co-injection
